Flooring is what we do most. LVP, vinyl plank and laminate installed cleanly, with tight seams, straight runs and finished edges that look intentional.

Interior painting
A Fresh Room Changes Everything.
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors — prepped properly, cut in cleanly, and cleaned up afterward. Bedrooms, living rooms, whole interiors and rental refreshes between tenants.
Good paint work is mostly preparation: filling, sanding, taping, covering floors and furniture, and taking the time to get lines straight where the wall meets the trim.
You can supply the paint you already picked, or Chris can help coordinate materials and colors. Interior work only.

Chris took on the full remodel of his own property himself. Around 90% of that transformation was flooring and interior painting — the same two services this business is built around.
This is Chris’s own property, not a customer project. It is here because it shows what the work actually looks like: old flooring pulled out, subfloor prepped, new plank flooring laid room by room, then walls, ceilings and trim painted and finished.
Doing an entire property himself meant living with every decision — the transitions, the cut-ins, the corners nobody notices until they are done wrong.

Meet Chris.
Chris Jackson Jr. started learning residential home improvement hands-on alongside his father, Chris Jackson Sr., beginning around age 14.
His father worked extensively in residential maintenance and contracting around Pittsburgh, so Chris grew up around the practical side of taking care of homes — flooring, paint, repairs, and the standards that separate a finished job from a rushed one.
He kept building that experience and later remodeled his own property himself, with flooring and interior painting making up the majority of the project. Today Chris attends Lancaster Bible College and runs Chris Jackson’s Home Services in the Lancaster area, working alongside Vinny, who brings his own experience running service work and gutter cleaning.
