Meet Chris.
Chris Jackson Jr. began learning residential home improvement hands-on alongside his father, Chris Jackson Sr., starting around age 14. His father worked extensively in residential maintenance and contracting in the Pittsburgh area, which meant Chris spent his teenage years around real jobs — pulling old flooring, prepping walls, painting rooms, and learning what a finished job is supposed to look like.
He kept building on that. Later, Chris personally took on the remodel of his own property, with flooring and interior painting making up the majority of the work. An entire property, room by room, with nobody to hand the hard parts to.
Chris now attends Lancaster Bible College and operates Chris Jackson’s Home Services in the Lancaster area. He works alongside Vinny, who has his own experience operating service businesses and working in gutter cleaning.
Yes, Chris is young. He also didn’t start learning this work yesterday. When he gives you an estimate, he’s the person who will be in your home doing the job — and the person you can call if something isn’t right.
